Current Openings: Nampa & Meridian Weekends: Day 6:00 am-2:00 pm & Swing: 2:00pm- 10:00pm As a Direct Care Professional, you will:

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance and registration
Ability to pass a background check
Willingness to complete CPR/First Aid and Medication Certification (we’ll help)
Most importantly: a kind heart, patience, and a good sense of humor

Responsibilities

Support clients with daily routines and independent living skills (meal prep, personal hygiene, household chores, and organization)
Assist with medication reminders and health needs
Cook, clean, and create a safe, welcoming home environment
Provide transportation to appointments, shopping, work, or recreational activities
Encourage and model positive social skills, communication, and problem-solving
Help clients build confidence and independence through goal-setting and skill development
Participate in fun community outings such as going to the movies, restaurants, sports events, or local activities
Be a reliable source of encouragement, stability, and advocacy for those you serve
Collaborate with your team and supervisors to ensure the best care and support for each client
