Requirements
- Compassionate and patient individuals who genuinely care about others
- Respectful, gentle, and attentive to client needs
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and professionally
- Flexible and adaptable to different clients and home environments
- Previous experience as a caregiver, home care aide, CNA, PCA, or personal attendant preferred
- Ability to provide professional, respectful, and dignified care
- Dependable, punctual, and compassionate
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (as applicable)
- Prior caregiving experience required.
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray (per state regulations)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license and car insurance.

- Experience working with male clients is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility support
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
- Help with meal preparation, feeding (as needed), and hydration
- Maintain a clean and safe home environment (light housekeeping, linen changes)
- Assist with errands, grocery shopping, or transportation when required
- Follow individualized care plans and report any changes to the care team
- Ensure client comfort, dignity, and safety at all times
