Requirements
- Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification
- Full Physical Report and Drug Screening (within past 12 months)
- 2 professional reference letters (within past 3 years)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Reliability and compassion
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on care and meaningful companionship based on each client’s needs:
- Dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Ambulation around the house
- Encouraging exercise and fluids
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Running errands
- Transportation to appointments
- Companionship and conversation
