Requirements

Compassionate and genuinely committed to caring for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Patient, respectful, and gentle during all care tasks.
Attentive to detail and responsive to client needs.
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and maintain professionalism.
Prior caregiving experience required.
Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
Negative TB test or chest X-ray (per state regulations)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license and car insurance.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility support.
Provide companionship, social engagement, and emotional support.
Support meal preparation, feeding (as needed), and ensure proper hydration.
Maintain a clean and safe home environment, including light housekeeping and occasional linen changes.
Assist with errands, grocery shopping, or transportation if required.
Follow the client’s individualized care plan and report any changes to the care team promptly.
Ensure the client’s comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
