About The Position

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality care and support to our residents, helping with daily activities while ensuring their health, safety, and overall well-being. Your expertise in medication administration , adherence to personalized care plans, and collaborative spirit will contribute to exceptional outcomes for each resident. On-Call/PRN Responsibilities Medication Administration: Deliver medications as outlined in residents’ care plans. Daily Living Assistance: Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and eating. Health Monitoring: Observe and document residents’ health, reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Personalized Care: Follow individualized care plans to meet each resident’s unique needs. Emotional Support: Provide companionship and encourage a positive environment. Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free living environment. Emergency Response: Act quickly and appropriately in emergency situations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Arizona Caregiver Certification or MedTech Certification.
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
  • Valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Negative TB Test (submission required before starting).
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
  • Proficient in medication administration and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Physical capability to safely lift and transfer residents.
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviors with empathy and professionalism.
  • Consistent professional and positive demeanor.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in assisted living or healthcare is a plus.
