Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment
- Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, transfers, exercise, and eating
- Support daily nutrition needs
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition
- Assist with mobility aids (wheelchair, walker, etc.)
- Perform range-of-motion exercises as directed
- Educate family members on routines when needed
- Track intake and output, record vital signs as assigned
- Provide medication reminders and assist with self-administration
- Follow infection control standards and agency policies
