About The Position
Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team in Lenoir City. This role involves providing in-home care and support to seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Assist with mobility and transportation as needed.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the management team.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
