About The Position
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Monroe, MI. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and companionship to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
Requirements
- Previous caregiving or home health experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide medication reminders and basic health monitoring.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Help with light housekeeping and errands as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate any changes in condition to medical staff or family members.
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
