About The Position

CAREGIVER IN SOMERSET, KY Pay: $14.50/hour Must have a full valid Driver's license held for 12 months post permit (Intermediate and Learner’s Permits DO NOT qualify) Schedules available: Full-time (32+ hrs/week); Please note: We do not offer traditional Mon to Fri, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedules. Shifts are based on client needs and may include 16-hour overnight shifts 4:00 PM to 8:00 AM, weekends Sat and/or Sun, and varying hours. THRIVE AS A CAREGIVER AT SEVITA. Requirements

  • Driver: Full valid Driver's license held for 12 months post permit (Intermediate and Learner’s Permits DO NOT qualify)
  • Vehicle: Reliable and registered vehicle with proof of insurance used to transport clients
  • Education: If younger than 21 YO, High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
  • Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
