About The Position

At Always Best Care , we provide compassionate, high-quality in-home care for seniors and individuals who need support with daily living activities. Our team is dedicated to promoting dignity, safety, independence, and emotional well-being for every client we serve. We are currently seeking experienced caregivers to support clients across the Greater Houston area and other locations . All care services are delivered in alignment with the client’s specific needs, level of care, and approved care plan .

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of professional caregiving experience
Ability to pass background and reference checks
Valid driver’s license and willingness to transport clients when needed
Strong communication, compassion, patience, and reliability
Willingness to travel within the service area

Nice To Haves

CNA certification preferred but not required
Bilingual Spanish is a plus for select cases

Responsibilities

Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living , such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Providing meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship
Supporting mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation as needed
Monitoring and reporting any changes in the client’s condition, behavior, or overall well-being
Assisting with errands, transportation, or accompaniment to appointments when required
Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided
Following all safety, infection-control, and company care protocols
Communicating professionally and compassionately with clients, families, and supervisors
