About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team on a part-time basis for the 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will provide essential support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being during overnight hours. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality of life of our clients and requires a responsible individual who is attentive, patient, and caring.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in caregiving or healthcare is a plus.
Previous experience in caregiving or a similar role preferred.
Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Reliable, compassionate, and attentive to clients’ needs.
First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility, if necessary.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
Monitor and record clients’ vital signs and health conditions, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.
Help clients with medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals.
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to health and safety standards.
Respond promptly to clients’ needs and requests during overnight hours.
Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare team members to coordinate care plans.
