About The Position
URGENTLY HIRING CAREGIVER FOR ALVIN LOCATION - that will provide the following services to a client: SCHEULED HOURS: APPROXIMETLY 27.5 HOURS TOTAL A WEEK, 5 DAYS A WEEK START TIME WILL BE AT 9AM TEMPORARILY, THE ACTUAL SCHEDULE WILL BE AGRERED ON WITH PATIENT ON START DATE. TEMPORARILY 5 HOURS PER DAY!! Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Home management and care planning Medical advocacy Prescription medical management Help with personal hygiene and care Assisting with meals and nutrition Help with mobility Home maintenance and basic house keeping Errands Keeping them company Reporting and monitoring the patients’ health changes Other Responsibilties may include: Communication: Maintaining clear communication with the individual, their family and other health care professionals. Documentation: Keeping accuarte records of care provided and any changes in the individuals condition. Safety: Ensuring a safe and comfortable living enviroment
