Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
HHA or CNA certification (required)
CPR & First Aid certification (required)
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Strong communication skills
Ability to follow care plans and work as part of a team

Responsibilities

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
Provide medication reminders according to care plans
Prepare meals and assist with nutrition and hydration
Offer companionship and emotional support
Accompany clients to appointments or social outings as needed
Monitor and report changes in condition to the care team
Document care and observations accurately
