You are an empathetic and attentive caregiver with a passion for supporting children, teenagers, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DDs) in their homes. We are hiring Caregivers who can commute to cities in Orange County to support clients by delivering top-notch care and support to clients of all ages, right in the comfort of their homes. We want to hear all about your specialized experience because every skill and every story you bring makes us even stronger as a team. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver who is a self-starter. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following the clients care plan. As a caregiver with us, your role goes beyond just providing assistance; it's about making lives brighter. You'll be there for clients offering your experience and heartwarming care to those who need it most. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and have a range of medical health conditions. That's where you come in! Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, errands/transportation, Personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers) and follow client’s care plan and provide updates as needed. Pay rates for this position are set by assignment and may vary depending on client location and services required. Expected CA pay rate for current assignments is set at: $18—$19 USD

Requirements

Two Caregiving References: Provide contact information for two references who can attest to your caregiving experience.
Valid ID: Ensure your identification documents comply with I-9 requirements.
Negative TB Test: Provide proof of a negative TB test. If you need a TB skin test, we cover the full cost for eligible candidates.
Reliable Commute: Preferred: Demonstrate a reliable means of commuting to work or have plans to relocate before your start date.
