Make a real difference by supporting individuals with disabilities Position: Caregiver - 2181R Starting Wage: $23.00/hour Schedule: Tues & Thurs 2pm to 5pm Location: North Hillsboro, OR, 97123 & North Plains 🌻 Client Bio: I am a very kind, loving, and gentle person who loves my family. I value consistency, routines, and predictability, as they help me feel safe and supported. I communicate in limited ways and can become frustrated when I am not understood, so clear communication and patience are very important to me. I appreciate caregivers who allow me time to process tasks and who support my independence while providing guidance when needed. My support focuses on encouraging communication, both verbal and non-verbal, and providing basic assistance with daily tasks such as toileting, bathing, dressing, cueing, and reminders. Requirements
- 18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
- CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
- Own a smartphone
- Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
- Driver’s license and insurance for some roles
