• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
• Proof of auto insurance
• Reliable vehicle
• Must currently reside in Pennsylvania

• Able to pass background screening
• Able to work in a home with pets

• Strong reliability for longer shifts
• Comfort working in a pet-friendly home
• Patient, relationship-focused approach
• Good communication skills
• Ability to remain attentive during extended coverage
• Consistent availability for day or overnight shifts
