Schedule & Shift Availability We are hiring caregivers available for: Day Shifts (8–12 hours) Overnight Shifts (8–12 hours) Weekend Availability Required Full-time and consistent weekly schedules preferred Primary service area: Tustin and surrounding South Orange County communities Career Caregiver Responsibilities As a Career Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, professional in-home care including: Companion care and meaningful engagement Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Mobility and transfer assistance Meal preparation and light housekeeping Medication reminders and daily care documentation Transportation to appointments and errands Support for older adult loved ones living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, or chronic conditions Safe use of assistive equipment including gait belts, wheelchairs, and Hoyer lifts Caregiver Pay & Benefits $18 to $22 per hour, paid biweekly. 5 sick days and holiday pay Room for career growth within our franchise Bonus programs – extra cash for referrals, caregiver of the month awards, and more! Mileage reimbursement Free scrubs and PPE One-on-one caregiving that makes a real impact 24/7 office support so you’re never alone on the job Career Caregiver Requirements Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred Passion for supporting older adult loved ones with dignity and respect Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts , including overnights and weekends Experience assisting with transfers and mobility support Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs and assist with client mobility Strong communication and documentation skills Must pass background check and drug screening CNA, HHA, or caregiving certification preferred but not required High school diploma or GED required Must be at least 18 years old Apply today to start a caregiver career that makes a difference!

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred
• Passion for supporting older adult loved ones with dignity and respect
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts , including overnights and weekends
• Experience assisting with transfers and mobility support
• Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs and assist with client mobility
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old

Nice To Haves

• CNA, HHA, or caregiving certification preferred but not required
