Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle recommended
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Strong communication skills in English
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist clients as needed
• Commitment to client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
• COVID-19 vaccine encouraged but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, and transfers
• Support clients with mobility exercises as defined by their care plan
• Run errands: grocery shopping, pharmacy, doctor appointments
• Provide companionship and daily assistance
• Document observed changes and communicate with the Director of Nursing
