About The Position
Bayshore Home Care is urgently hiring experienced Caregivers, Care Providers, Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides to work with seniors in their own homes. We have immediate needs in Tampa, Channel District, Downtown, Tampa Heights, South Tampa, Westshore, Temple Terrace, Town "N" Country, Etc. CNA License is not required. Immediately hiring for Weekday and weekend shifts. Short and long shifts. Morning & afternoon. Work 15 - 40 hours/week. This position is ideal for: Caregivers, Care Providers & Home Health Aides Certified Nursing Assistant, Resident Care Aide & Medication Technician looking for supplemental income Retirees looking to do meaningful work and stay active Parents trying to work AND navigate the current school situation Nursing students wanting to work in their field Bayshore Benefits: Health plan 401(k) with company match Quarterly bonus program -- up to $1200/year Weekly pay with direct deposit Variable bonus program PAY RATE: Start at $16 per hour.
Requirements

- Vehicle, driver’s license and auto insurance

- Experience with Alzheimer’s and dementia is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Assist with all activities of daily living including bathing and toileting
- Provide companion care and conversation
- Keep the client's area tidy and fix basic meals
