We're a small, locally owned home care agency and we need a caregiver in Acworth. If you live in the area, have some availability during the day, and genuinely like working with people — this might be a good fit. We help older adults and people with disabilities stay in their own homes. Our clients in and around Acworth need support throughout the day, and we build schedules in four-hour windows anywhere from 8am to 8pm. Mornings, midday, afternoons — wherever you're available, there's a good chance we can match you with someone who needs you during those hours. We're looking for at least 15–20 hours a week, and we'll do our best to keep your schedule consistent week over week. The day-to-day work involves personal care — bathing, dressing, grooming — along with meal prep, light housekeeping, and just being a dependable presence for someone who needs it. You'll get to know your clients over time, and that matters. Good caregiving isn't just about the tasks. To work with us, you'll need a valid Georgia driver's license with a reliable, insured vehicle, current CPR and First Aid certification, a negative TB test, and a clear background check. CNA or PCA experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person. Pay is $15–$18 an hour depending on your experience, plus mileage reimbursement between visits, holiday pay, bi-weekly paychecks, and referral bonuses. We're a W-2 employer — you're part of the team, not a contractor. We're a small operation and we try to take care of our caregivers the way we ask them to take care of our clients. If that sounds like somewhere you'd want to work, we'd love to talk.
