About The Position

GUARDIAN ANGEL SENIOR SERVICES Client with Traumatic Brain Injury and in a wheelchair is in need of a caring and engaging caregiver to interact with client, assist with as needed, mostly companionship and engaging in different activities. Schedule: Every other Saturday 8am- Sunday 8am (24-hour shift) Every Other Friday/Saturday 8p-8a Other hours available in area Join our team and help take care of Elderly and Disabled individuals in the comfort of their own homes! At Guardian Angel Senior Services you will have the opportunity to work as Companion or as a Personal Care Provider. No experience necessary, we will train the right candidate with the correct mindset and compassion! Candidates will have flexible self-determined schedule options based on the clients available. Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Comfortable driving Wheel Chair Accessible van
• Training available upon hire.
• Ability to write, read, and speak English fluently.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate
• Good time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Assist client with ambulation and mobility around the house
• Assist client with personal care and hygiene
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the client
• Assist with shopping errands
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencies
