I value consistency, routines, and predictability, as they help me feel safe and supported. I communicate in limited ways and can become frustrated when I am not understood, so clear communication and patience are very important to me. I appreciate caregivers who allow me time to process tasks and who support my independence while providing guidance when needed. My support focuses on encouraging communication, both verbal and non-verbal, and providing basic assistance with daily tasks such as toileting, bathing, dressing, cueing, and reminders. I benefit from a kind, patient caregiver who can support emotional regulation, safety awareness, and appropriate social interactions, while helping me explore what brings me joy and motivation in life. 🌻 Why Join Us? Requirements

  • 18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
  • CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
  • Own a smartphone
  • Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
  • Driver’s license and insurance for some roles

Responsibilities
