About The Position
Village Caregiving is seeking caring and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide personalized, in-home support to clients in the Wauseon area. In this role, you will help clients maintain their independence while improving their comfort and quality of life.
Requirements
- Active Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in Ohio
- Strong communication and people skills
- A caring, patient, and reliable attitude
- Ability to work independently in a home care setting
Responsibilities
- Support clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance overall well-being
- Carry out care based on each client’s individualized service plan
- Assist with light household tasks and basic meal preparation
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment
