Requirements

  • No experience required — we will train the right person
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and assist with mobility and transfers
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Must have a reliable smartphone capable of supporting required work applications (scheduling, communication, documentation)
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Hours are based on client needs and are not guaranteed

Responsibilities

  • Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
  • Provide medication reminders (non-medical only)
  • Accompany clients to appointments and errands (when authorized)
  • Monitor and report changes in client condition
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care
  • Use company systems for scheduling, documentation, and communication during shifts
