What Youll Do: Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, and meals. Monitor residents well-being and promptly report changes in condition. Engage residents in activities that encourage connection, independence, and fun. Work closely with families and team members to ensure residents receive personalized, compassionate care. Uphold safety, dignity, and respect in everything you do. What Makes You a Great Fit: You have a positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with seniors. You have strong communication skills and approach every situation with patience and empathy. Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required. We provide training!
