About The Position

Are you a compassionate, dependable caregiver looking for a meaningful live -in Opportunity? We have an immediate opening in Frederick County for a dedicated professional who wants to truly make a difference in someone's life.
This compassionate and reliable caregiver must be able to support and perform the emotional and physical needs of an dementia client.

Requirements

• Sleep time includes 8 hours nightly with no more than two brief interruptions
• Have a valid driver's license and use of an insured automobile for work
• Experience working with Alzheimer's and dementia clients
• Patient, dependable, and able to follow a structured care plan
• Professional conduct at all times in the client's home
• No visitors or personal deliveries
• Advanced notice for time off requests
• Housing is tied to the live-in assignment

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, hands-on care and companionship
• Remain with the client at all times
• Assist with daily living activities
• Maintain daily care documentation
• Provide meals
• Communicate changes in client c ondition to the office regularly
