About The Position

Requirements
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience (professional or personal)
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred
- Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
- Must be able to pass a background check and provide references
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dementia, hospice care, or working in home care, assisted living, or skilled nursing
Responsibilities
- Assistance with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and safety supervision
- Light housekeeping and meal prep
- Assistance with transfers or mobility
