About The Position
We are seeking a reliable caregiver to support a male client who will be discharged from rehab next week and requires immediate assistance at home in Delhi, California (95315). The client is currently at Turlock, CA Rehab and will need consistent non-medical support as he transitions back home. Client Needs: Diabetic; unable to lift himself independently Recently had hernia surgery Ambulates with a walker Can toilet independently but needs assistance standing up Needs help with showers and restroom assistance Shower chair available Schedule Options (Flexible): Choose one preferred set: Monday, Wednesday, Friday Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday Morning shift: 2–3 hours Evening shifts also acceptable (flexible based on caregiver availability) If you're compassionate, dependable, and available to start quickly, we’d love to hear from you and help support this client’s safe return home.
