About The Position
Inhome Advantage is a locally-owned and operated non-medical home care agency in central Baltimore County. The company offers a variety of in-home care services to seniors and those in need in the area, including light housekeeping, personal care, errands & transportation, and more. This is a part-time role for a Certified Nursing Assistant at Inhome Advantage. The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing light personal care, assisting with errands, transportation, and other services as needed for clients in central Baltimore County. We are seeking Caregivers to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a CNA, CMT, Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred
- First aid and CPR-certified
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Compassionate, respectful, ethical, reliable, patient
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
- Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Light housekeeping activities
- Provide companionship
- Assist with errands and shopping
