Requirements
- Passionate about working with seniors
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of senior caregiving best practices
- Compassionate, attentive, and dedicated
- Work independently from day one with
- 1 year hands on caregiving experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have an active driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be 21+ years of age to meet company insurance requirements for transporting clients
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care: ADLs, bathing, grooms, dressing, toileting
- Meal prep and light housekeeping
- Occasional transportation – doctor appts or errands
- Companionship
- Assisting with mobility
