About The Position

As a Caregiver at Sevita, you will engage in rewarding work by helping individuals grow, learn, and live well. This role involves developing meaningful relationships with the people you serve and being trusted by leaders to make appropriate decisions for participants. You will take initiative to integrate participants into the community and help them enjoy their favorite activities. Support for developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition is also a key part of the role. Additionally, you will assist individuals with personal hygiene and provide support to those who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
