About The Position
Village Caregiving is currently hiring caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home assistance to clients. This role focuses on supporting daily living activities and promoting client independence in a home setting. Training is provided for all new hires, regardless of prior experience.
Requirements
- Dependable and professional demeanor
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to follow care instructions
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must meet pre-employment requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including hygiene and dressing
- Support client mobility, including transfers and ambulation
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Complete light housekeeping tasks
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Provide transportation for essential needs when required
- Maintain communication with supervisors and care teams
