EmpathyHands Home Care is looking for reliable, compassionate, and qualified caregivers to serve our clients in the California City area. We are looking for experienced Caregivers, CNAs, or Senior Companions for clients in the California City Area. This is our agency's goal.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our Empathyhands team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to patients in various healthcare settings. We are looking for caregivers who have broad experience in Home Care

Ideal candidates will have their own vehicle and a cell phone.

Caregiver, HHA, CNA, or Senior Companion must also speak English and Spanish well; and have a good driving record. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Nursing Assistant/Caregiver who has exceptional time management skills, is familiar with the challenges of working with Seniors, is highly organized, and can work independently. The successful candidate will also have excellent oral and written communication skills and will be responsible for assisting clients with a variety of tasks that include assisting with activities of daily living and documenting care tasks.

These are part-time shifts, so one caregiver may have more than one client assigned to them.

Requirements

• A minimum of 24 months of caregiving experience for performing personal care with emfaces in Dementia Care
• Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and proof of auto insurance (6 months or 1 year)
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Current TB skin test or clear X-ray
• Fingerprint Clearance (Live Scan)
• Motor Vehicle Record/Driving Record
• Three professional and three personal references
• Caregiver, HHA, CNA, or Senior Companion must also speak English and Spanish well; and have a good driving record
• Exceptional time management skills
• Familiar with the challenges of working with Seniors
• Highly organized
• Can work independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
