Requirements
- HCA or CNA preferred—but not required; we pay for training
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Energetic, honest, and caring individuals passionate about helping others
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, and light housekeeping
- Support clients in their homes with varied tasks and shift times
- Maintain a compassionate, professional Caregiver approach at all times
