Caregiver 7am-3pm
About The Position
Comfort Keepers is now hiring an in home caregiver for a client 7am-3pm. Part-time or Full-time includes e/o weekend. Must be able to be mandated to stay for evening shift 3pm-11pm if replacement doesn't show up. Looking for help with new client mornings, afternoons and evenings, you tell us when you are available to work! Caregivers earn $18.00 and then are eligible for free CNA class in Nisswa after 60 days, if caregiver is CNA certified, wage $20.00. Experience the difference with Comfort Keepers. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Able to assist both male and female clients with personal cares
- Must have had driver's license for at least 3 years, personal vehicle to use during shift
- Clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with all personal care needs as needed
- Assist clients at mealtime and monitor eating habits
- Ensure that required documentation is complete and in compliance
- Provide errands and transportation with own vehicle
- Assist with housekeeping tasks
- Maintain confidentiality regarding each client
