I love to dance, listen to music, and enjoy some good mac and cheese. It's important to me to feel loved, heard, and seen. The best way to support me is by joining me in play, giving me clear options and boundaries, and reminding me that I'm doing great. Requirements

18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
Own a smartphone
Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
Driver’s license and insurance for some roles

Responsibilities

Supporting Daily Living - From helping with meals, bathing, or getting ready for the day, you’ll provide care that helps members feel confident and comfortable.
Encouraging Independence - Join members on walks, shopping trips, or community outings, helping them connect with the world around them.
Building Life Skills - Teach and model everyday skills like cooking, managing money, and understanding social cues - empowering members to grow and thrive.
Keeping Things on Track - Follow care plans, offer medication reminders, and document progress so our team can celebrate every milestone together.
