About The Position

Available Shifts for Your Next Care Client in West Chicago!

Saturdays & Sundays [Choose your 12hr, 8hr, 6hr, 4hr day shift]
Monday - Friday available

Requirements

• You have at least 1 year of caregiver experience or are a current CNA or DSP?
• You have a valid CPR Certification, Work Physical, & Negative TB Test in the Past Year?
• You have a valid License, Car Insurance, and can Reliably Commute to this Job's Location?

Responsibilities

• Companionship & Conversation
• Activities, Mobility, Transfers
• Fall Prevention
• Safety & Supervision
• Meal Preparation / Medication Reminders
• Support with Personal Hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Light Housekeeping
• Transportation - errands or appointments
• Toileting and Hygiene
