About The Position

Seeking a dementia/ Alzheimer's disease trained caregiver to provide care for an amazing woman in the Shingle Springs/ Rescue area. This position involves working with Teepa Snow's positive approach to care training and Senior Helpers Senior Gems. The caregiver must be able to work both Saturday and Sunday from 9am-3pm.

Requirements

• Experience with dementia/ Alzheimer's disease care
• Training/certification in dementia care
• Availability to work on weekends
• Must have a driver's license
• Able to pass a background check
• Must be on the Home Care Aide Registry

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for a woman with dementia/ Alzheimer's disease
• Implement Teepa Snow's positive approach to care training
• Collaborate with Senior Helpers Senior Gems program
