Requirements

Must be able to perform duties independently from day one with 1-3 years hands on experience.
Ability to assist with mobility and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Physically able to stand, walk, and bend for long periods
Knowledge of caregiving best practices
Compassionate, attentive, and dedicated
Candidates must have their own vehicle and be able to arrive at client locations as a requirement of this position.
This is a fully onsite caregiver position in Northern Summit County, OH. (Akron, Hudson, Stow) Reliable in-person attendance is an essential function of this role.
Candidates must be able to consistently commute to the worksite for all scheduled shifts (approximately a 20-minute commute preferred). Applicants who cannot meet this requirement will not be considered.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, companionship
Prepare meals & help with feeding
Light housekeeping for safety and cleanliness
Support client mobility
