About The Position

Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to provide in-home support for a client in Shorewood. This role focuses on companionship and assistance with daily living tasks while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
• Ability to safely assist a client with mobility and weight support
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Strong communication skills
• Able to follow a care plan and work independently

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with grocery shopping
• Prepare simple meals
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Help maintain a safe home environment
• Assist with mobility and safely handle client’s weight as needed
