About The Position

Since 1996, Always Best Care has provided non-medical in-home care and assisted living placement services, assisting over 25,000 seniors nationwide. The company focuses on delivering extraordinary care through professional care management, training, and counseling for older adults and their families. Always Best Care is currently seeking experienced Caregivers to provide personalized care to clients in Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas County.

Requirements

• Must pass an In-person interview process.
• Current State CNA License or State Home Health Aid Certification.
• OR Passing Test Score of Agency HHA Assessment.
• Current/valid CPR Certification.
• Must obtain the Florida State Level 2 background check prior to hiring.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must be authorized to work in USA.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in providing 1 on 1 care.
• Reliable and committed to maintain assigned schedule.
• Professional and compassionate with Excellent Communication skills.
• Ability to read/write/comprehend the English Language.
• Verbal communication in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living (ADL’s) to our clients, in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Provide care in accordance with Florida Statute for Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Timely and accurately document all Client related activities in accordance with Agency policy.
• Document the care provided and report changes in Client’s health to your supervisor.
