About The Position

ComForCare Home Care is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on assistance and supervision for an Elderly Woman with Dementia. The role involves ensuring safety and fall prevention, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), providing reminders for tasks and medications, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and meaningful engagement. The position offers flexibility in scheduling, with specific shifts mentioned as Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am-1pm, and opportunities for PRN to 12-hour days/nights. The agency emphasizes a supportive, team-focused culture and thoughtful matching of caregivers with clients.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Has at least 1 year direct hands-on caregiver experience (family counts!)
• A good driver with reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Completes a negative drug screening (including for THC)
• Clean background check (no criminal convictions)
