Requirements

• Current Virginia CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
• CPR certification and negative TB screening
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and assist clients safely
• A genuine comfort and appreciation for pets

Responsibilities

• Helping clients start their day with personal care support
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and safety
• Preparing breakfast and light meals
• Light housekeeping and organization
• Providing companionship and conversation
• Medication reminders and care documentation
• Working comfortably in pet-friendly households
