Requirements

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and pass a background check, drug screening, and competency evaluation
Reliable, compassionate, and ready to make a difference

Nice To Haves

Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred—but not required (we’ll cover your training!)

Responsibilities

Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and companionship
Support clients in their homes with varying shift times and care needs
