Schedule Availability We are actively hiring caregivers available for: Morning shifts between 6:00 am and 2:00 pm Extended daytime shifts up to 12 hours Weekday and some weekend availability preferred Primary service area: Laguna Woods and nearby communities. Caregiver Responsibilities Provide companionship and meaningful engagement Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Support mobility and safe transfers Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Provide medication reminders and document daily care Support older adult loved ones living with dementia, Parkinson’s, or chronic conditions Safely use assistive equipment such as gait belts and wheelchairs Caregiver Pay & Benefits $18 to $22 per hour, paid biweekly. 5 sick days and holiday pay Room for career growth within our franchise Bonus programs – extra cash for referrals, caregiver of the month awards, and more!
