About The Position

Belmare Senior Living, located in Oakdale, CA is seeking a dedicated and passionate Caregiver to provide high-quality care to the residents in our community. Caregiver / Certified Nurses' Aides, CNA / Home Health Aides, HHA / Personal Care Assistant, PCA Responsibilities of the Caregiver Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that supports our person-centered care philosophy. Provides personal care services as outlined in the individual services plans such as assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, assist to meals, feeding, change bed linens, laundry, etc. Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested. Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity. Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures. Completes state required training upon hire and annually.
Requirements
- Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Caregiver / Certified Nurses' Aides, CNA / Home Health Aides, HHA / Personal Care Assistant, PCA
- Must have a caregiving background.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.
- State Criminal Background Check and LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement
- LIC 503 Health Screening Report
- All candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check and a comprehensive reference check.
Responsibilities
