About The Position

Join our Senior Helpers Team! We offer a ranged wage for 3-hour shifts or more, $16.50 - $17.50 an hour, 2-hour shifts at a $20 an hour, and 1 hour or less will be $30/hr. We are currently looking for caring, kind, dependable and personable individuals who desire to provide non-medical, in-home care to the elderly.

Requirements

• minimum of 1 year formal caregiving experience
• A compassionate heart for older adults
• Valid driver's license, vehicle and active auto insurance required!
• Ability to travel 15 miles for any scheduled shifts
• The ability to lift, push and pull up to 25 pounds
• Daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone

Responsibilities

• Provide social companionship
• Support with a variety of daily living tasks and reminders
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Assistance with personal care
• Overnight safety assistance
