Support includes developmental goals like budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition. The role involves caring for individuals with a variety of needs, including autism and similar conditions, providing assisted living support such as personal hygiene and assistance for those with behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance (in some positions)
- Ability to stay calm and problem solve in stressful situations

Nice To Haves
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
Responsibilities
- Help people grow, learn, and live well
- Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
- Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
- Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition
- Provide care for people with a variety of needs, including autism, and similar conditions
