The Caregiver will be responsible for day-to-day activities of participants in groups and as individuals to help meet their psycho-social needs. Caregivers will be responsible for helping to assess the group needs of the participants, help participants with completing ADL's while at the Center, specifically assuring that the participants have their personal care needs met. Caregivers are also responsible for fostering a team-focused environment as well as practicing Person Centered Care for all participants in their programming and care needs. This position reports directly to the Director of Nursing. This position is Monday-Friday, with a possible schedule during the following operating hours 9:30am-5:30pm.
