About The Position
Fresh Perspective Home Care is hiring compassionate individuals for a flexible and rewarding part-time caregiver job in Parchment, Michigan, to support seniors throughout the Parchment area. The agency welcomes individuals with or without prior experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA), PCA, DSP, or CNA, providing necessary training and support. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to uphold client confidentiality
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
- Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping
- Driving or accompanying clients to errands, appointments, or community outings
